Kofi Prempeh Dwirantwi founded KPD Money Lending Services, now Awake Microcredit Enterprise) in 2017. Prior to joining Omnibank, now OmniBSIC, he had a successful career with Procredit Savings & Loans and Unicredit Savings & Loans.
Due to the vast working experience he was gainfully employed with Union Savings & Loans, OmniBank now OmniBSIC until May 2019. He has over 10years of experience in the Financial Services Sector. He has extensive experience in Credit Risk Controls, Sales and Relationship Management.
Kofi holds Bsc. Accounting from University of Professional Studies Accra, (UPSA) and a Student Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana. (ICAG).
Samuel Mensah has been in the banking industry for more than 16 years. He has a wealth of experience in Credit Risk Management including Compliance, Financial Risk and Operational Risk Management including Business Continuity Management.
He spent most of his working life at Procredit Savings & Loans Ghana Limited where he rose from Loan Officer role to Credit Analyst. He then moved to Unicredit Savings and Loans then to Defunct Capital Bank (now Consolidated Bank Gh.) where he was the Head of Risk Management responsible for Credit and Operational Risk Management.
Samuel Mensah holds a Bachelor of of commence and MBA finance from University of Cape Coast, a Charted Accountant ICAG and Charted Banker CIB.
Vincent brings on board over 10 years experience in the Banking industry, he began his banking career with Procredit SLC as a Loan Officer and by dint of hard work and good performance became a Senior Credit Officer with coaching responsibility. After 5years he moved to Beige Bank (Now Consolidated Bank Ghana )as a Business Analyst for the Kwashieman Regional Office. Before his current Position Vincent worked as a Senior Banking Officer and Team Lead of the Abbosey Okai branch Business of OmniBank Gh Ltd.
Vincent holds Bsc. Statistics from University of Cape Coast and is an Associate, Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst, Ghana (CIFIAG). He also holds Msc. Industrial Finance & Investment programme at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology awaiting Graduation in 2021.
